Asian Civil Engineering Coordinating Council (ACECC) is an organization of Civil Engineering Associations of Asia – Pacific countries. There are 13 members from USA, Philippines, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, Vietnam, Mongolia, Indonesia, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal.
Its Executive Committee Meetings (ECM) are held twice a year. The ACECC Congress is held for 3 years together with the scientific conference named Civil Engineering Conference in Asian Region (CECAR) alongside. Some civil engineering projects are usually awarded by ACECC in each CECAR. It is forthcoming the CECAR7 in Hawaii (USA) during August 28th – September 2nd, 2016. The Design of the Lai Chau Hydropower Project in Vietnam will received the ACECC award at a ceremony on September 1st, 2016 (see also http://ar7.org/).
